Since I’m going to do something I like today (watch the Giants and have a beer) I figured todays WOD should be something I hate. Enter: the rower. I can do a 20 sec sprint just fine….anything more I feel the overwhelming need / deep desire to stop. So, since the Whole Life Challenge I’m participating in requires 10 min of exercise per day…10 min of rowing sounded just peachy.

10 min of mobilization
(stretching, foam rolling, etc.)

followed by 10 min of rowing for distance.
