Snatch Grip 65# Shoulder Press x 5,,,45 sec rest

Go through the sequence 3 times. For pull ups, try and hit or better your previous round score. Today, I did two rounds standard pull up grip (3 reps, 3 reps) and the final round under-handed (2 reps)
