It’s time! This Saturday you’re heading to your gym, or a friends house, and you’re all doing your preliminary work out, taking your measurements and kicking off the 8 week long Whole Life Challenge. We always have a party after all of the workouts and measurements are done, with everyone bringing a complaint dish – pot luck style! Below are some of my favorites.
