Welp. This shake, I can’t say is my all time favorite. I CAN say that it’s tasty enough to do the job.  Part of this 7 days of shakes is each day, one of said shakes must contain greens.  My green of choice is spinach. Kale works just fine, too.  Go with what you prefer.  I took this shake recipe and added a handful of spinach to it to keep it ‘green’ and make sure I’m not just chugging fruit all day long.  Gotta get those veggies and fats in, too!  This shake was insanely satisfying and I did not have a single thought of hunger for hours so I highly recommend it!

Chocolate Banana Almond 

1 banana
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp cocoa powder
handful fresh spinach (or 1/2 cup frozen)
