Deviled Eggs and Bacon

One of the most common questions I get is this…
I’m going to a party, what can I bring?
There are actually way more options that we tend to think. For some reason, we have this knee-jerk reaction of WHAT THE FUCK DO I BRING TO A PARTY IF I DON’T EAT BREAD?!

Spiced Sweet Potato Fries

I don’t care what people say. Sweet potatoes are friggin delicious. People probably get sick of hearing “sweet potatoes” exit my face as a suggestion when they ask what kind of carbs they should eat. The thing is, they’re so friggin good and they’re DAMN good for you! Let’s run through the litany of amazing […]

Butter Chicken
Pulled Pork
Ginger Chicken

Really, it’s just a great substitute for rice and more flavorful in my opinion. Here’s my very quick recipe:

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tbsp ghee butter
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
Salt
Pepper
Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute (optional)
1 […]
